Exposure Survey
The purpose is to ensure that the levels of radiation in the working area do not change and are at a minimal level, and that there is no breakdown in safety controls.
Laboratories using sealed sources and x-ray systems should be checked periodically for radiation levels and records should be kept.
Exposure to personnel should also be monitored.
